Abstract


The problem of this research are (1) Do the leadership, motivation and work environment
factors influence all together into the achievement of The Officer Work at the Supervision and
Sertification of the Goods Quality Institution of Surakarta. (2) Does the leadersip factor influence
into the achievement of The Officer Work at the Supervision and Sertification of the Goods Quality
Institution of Surakarta.(3) Does the Motivation factor influence into the achievement of The
Officer Work at the Supervision and Sertification of the Goods Quality Institution of Surakarta.(4)
Does the Work environment influence into the achievement of The Officer Work at the Supervision
and Sertification of the Goods Quality Institution of Surakarta. (5) The leadersip as the dominant
factor into the achievement of The Officer Work at the Supervision and Sertification of the Goods
Quality Institution of Surakarta.
The account result by using the program SPSS 12 the regressive equality is as follow:
Y= - 905 + 0,319 x1 + 0,690x2 + 0,430x3 + e, so the hypotesis that the leadership is the most
dominant factor into the achievement of the officer work at the supervision and Sertivication of
the Goods Quality Institution of Surakarta not be proved its validity.
From the account of experiment F, gained the value table F 3,14 and account F=18,423
So Ho is refused, So if can be said that variable of leadership, motivation and work environment
have the influence all together, mean significant into achievement of the officer work.
From the account of experiment t which has the correlation the leadership into the
achievement of the officer work, gained the result t accounting is equal 2,025 > t table 2,02 So
Ho is refused, it means there is significant influence of the leadership (x1) into the achievement
of the officer work (Y)
From the account of experiment t which has the correlation the motivation into the
achievement of the officer work, gained the result t accounting is equal 4,641 > t table 2,02 So
Ho is refused, it means there is significant influence of the leadership (x1) into the achievement
of the officer work (Y)
From the account of experiment t which has the correlation the work enviroment into the
achievement of the officer work, gained the result t accounting is equal 2,681 > t table 2,02 So
Ho is refused, it means there is significant influence of the leadership (x1) into the achievement
of the officer work (Y)
